TOT & ME GYMNASTICS

This program will introduce your child to the wonderful world of gymnastics. In this 45-minute lesson, our well-trained staff will direct activities involving hand-eye coordination, motor development and physical education. Our weekly themes-- including "Circus Week", "Pirate Week" and "Outer Space Week"-- keep activities new and exciting. The class is taught by the instructor; however, parents work directly with their child. Parent participation provides a fun time for all while giving their child the security and confidence they need.


As parents and teachers, we know that there's no better age to form positive learning attitudes than the preschool years. Our Preschool/Kindergarten Gymnastics is a wonderful adventure for kids! MGA will help to develop your child's self-confidence and enhance their physical capabilities. This amazing one-hour lesson provides a positive experience with physical fitness. It's also a fun and exciting way to help children build confidence, self-esteem and self-control. We incorporate a blend of gymnastics (floor, bars, beam, tumble track and trampoline), music and the use of small motor equipment, such as rhythmic ribbons, hula hoops, jump ropes, balls and balloons. We also have great educational themes, such as "Circus Week", "Pirate Week" and "Outer Space Week".
GIRLS GYMNASTICS
Ages 6-17, Beginner- Advanced

These 1 1/2 hour all-girl classes are grouped based on age and ability. Each class is carefully constructed to motivate your child in a fun and progressive environment with the primary emphasis on safety and proper training methods. Gymnastics is a confidence-building sport that improves strength, flexibility, agility and coordination. It's the best activity for developing skills for all other sports. Your child will learn skills on our spring floor, uneven bars, balance beam, vault, tumble track and trampoline.
BOYS GYMNASTICS
Ages 6-17, Beginner-Advanced

Led by a male instructor, this 1 1/2 hour all-boy class will concentrate on the events in men's gymnastics: floor exercise, parallel bars, pommel horse, rings, high bar, vault, trampoline and tumble track. Rotations typically include four events per class where the instructors use drills, demonstrations and guided practice to help students learn new moves. Being able to comprehend and master new skills contributes to the self-esteem and endurance building that our programs are well renown for! Gymnastics is the best activity for developing skills for all other sports.
CHEER TUMBLING
Ages 6-18, Beginner- Advanced

If you are trying out for a team or just want to improve your tumbling skills, this is the class for you! This one-hour class caters to cheerleaders and is designed to teach all levels of tumbling. Instructors use various pieces of equipment, including floor, tumble track, trampoline and overhead spotting rigs, to help students learn new skills. We offer a safe, progressive program which promotes strength, flexibility, coordination, agility and self-confidence. Students progress and advance at their own individual pace.
TRAMPOLINE & TUMBLING (T&T)
Ages 5-17, Beginner-Advanced

Trampoline and tumbling are high flying, fast moving sports. There is no better activity to train spatial awareness and body control--critical skills in all sports. In a positive and exciting atmosphere, we provide athletes the opportunity to set and attain goals, develop physical and mental strength and improve their self-image.
T&T consists of four events: Individual Trampoline, Synchronized Trampoline, Mini Trampoline and Power Tumbling. Trampoline events challenge the athletes to perform many difficult skills and combination of skills high in the air above the apparatus. We use specialty equipment, such as overhead spotting rigs and bungees, to aid in faster and safer ways to learn. Power Tumbling is performed on an elevated spring floor that helps tumblers execute a series of acrobatic maneuvers as they demonstrate speed, strength and skill. During each class, students will rotate through these events. Depending on the level of their class, they may also use tumble track to help develop certain skills. Our program breaks down skills into manageable increments, enhancing safety and making learning easier and more fun.
BACKYARD TRAMPOLINE
Ages 5-17, Beginner-Advanced

Nowadays, there are plenty of homes with backyard trampolines and many parents have voiced their opinion about how dangerous they are. Well, have no fear! This 45-minute class is geared toward teaching children the PROPER way to use a trampoline! Our instructors will teach safety, a variety of jumps and tricks and use overhead spotting rigs to teach flipping. Besides learning exciting new skills and having fun, your child will get an awesome workout!
ADULT GYMNASTICS
Ages 18 & up, Beginner-Advanced

Why should the kids be the only ones having fun?! Whether you've always wanted to but never did or you're a former gymnast who wants to get back in the gym, this class is for you! MGA provides a safe and friendly environment for all. No need to feel uncomfortable or shy. Our instructors will cater to your needs and any limiting conditions you may currently have. Get a GREAT workout and have a blast doing it!
